Jerry Yang, Senior Director, is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan. Jerry is also a product of CDIB and has participated in the deal screening, deal-building and structuring business models of more than 80 venture investing projects in Taiwan, South Korea and the United States. Jerry also has performed due diligence on more than 40 venture investing, project financing or syndicated loan projects in semiconductor, telecommunication, electronics component and internet. As a CPA and Level III candidate for CFA, Jerry is equipped with fine sets of financial expertise combined with high-tech knowledge, local tax regulations, GAAP and business law. Jerry earned his MBA from National Cheng-chi University and his BA from National Taiwan Institute of Technology.
