Hubert Chang, Senior Director, was a deputy manager in the Overseas Business Department of CDIB in charge of CDIB's Korean operation. Hubert's investment experience includes investment projects of Linux One, Standard Telecom, INT, KEBCS, with a total investment amount of US$16 million. Hubert sat on the board of Senior directors for three of CIDB's portfolio companies. Hubert is a Certified Public Accountant in Taiwan and in China and, in addition to Chinese and English, Hubert also speaks Korean fluently, having been born and raised in Korea. Hubert has an MBA from National Cheng-chi University and a BA in Accounting from National Taiwan University.
